As a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), pursuant to a written Agreement with the IRS,
Mrs. Chen is authorized to assist alien individuals and other foreign persons, who are ineligible to receive a Social Security Number in obtaining Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) from the IRS. As a CAA, she is authorized to submit a Form W-7 and receive the assigned ITIN directly from the IRS.
